AI TEACHER TRAINING CERTIFICATION FOR TEACHERS OF M. T. B. Arts College (Id: C-521)

If you are a faculty member, principal or HoD at M. T. B. Arts College (Id: C-521), you can invite your teachers to join the AI Teacher Training Certification by Agnirva (https://www.agnirva.com/challenge-page/ai-teacher-training-certification) - an online, use case led, practice-first program for non-technical teachers that helps teachers use Artificial Intelligence meaningfully in day-to-day teaching and administration, without any coding background.

This AI teacher training certification shows educators how to turn tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Meta AI and Agnirva AI into practical teaching assistants. Teachers learn how to design AI-supported lesson plans, generate examples and questions at different difficulty levels, build rubrics, prepare multimedia explanations, and support diverse learning needs while staying aligned to their existing syllabus and NEP 2020 priorities.

Throughout this program, participants also work on everyday use cases that matter to Indian college teachers: drafting notices and emails to students and parents, generating question papers and model answers, creating marking schemes, analysing internal marks and attendance patterns, preparing internal assessment/exam reports, and designing simple AI-assisted tools for classroom management and student engagement. The focus is on saving time in routine work so that teachers can spend more energy on mentoring and academic quality.

This program offers more than 100 hours of guided, hands-on learning and is aligned with national efforts to make 2025 the “Year of Artificial Intelligence” in education, encouraging institutions to adopt AI in a structured and responsible way. It has also been highlighted in national education media for helping teachers integrate real-world AI tools into their classrooms, with a focus on practical classroom use rather than abstract theory.

By the end of the certification program, participants build a portfolio of AI-enabled lesson plans, classroom activities, assessment tools and administrative workflows that can strengthen internal quality initiatives, NAAC/IQAC/AICTE-related documentation, and their own professional profiles as AI-ready educators, while also generating ready-to-use content for their Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) and Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) reports.

If you represent this institution and would like your faculty to lead in AI-enabled teaching, you are welcome to share or adopt AI Teacher Training Certification by Agnirva (https://www.agnirva.com/challenge-page/ai-teacher-training-certification) for interested teachers.
