Welcome to Agnirva.com, a space community website. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

Acceptance of Terms

These terms of use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Agnirva.com regarding your use of the website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms of use, which may be updated by Agnirva.com from time to time.

Use of Website

Agnirva.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the website and its services for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms. Portfolio websites provided through Agnirva may be used for lawful personal, professional, educational or commercial purposes, subject to the portfolio-specific provisions below.

Portfolio Website Service

As part of certain Agnirva programs or services, Agnirva may create and host a portfolio website using information and materials submitted by you.

The portfolio website is initially created under an Agnirva-controlled Wix account. Agnirva remains the registered Wix site owner unless ownership is subsequently transferred.

You may receive broad administrative or co-owner access, allowing you to manage, edit, publish, expand and operate your portfolio website using the functionality made available by Wix.

Agnirva’s continued status as the registered Wix owner is an operational arrangement. It does not mean that Agnirva directs, approves or endorses the content, collaborators, applications, domains, commercial activities or other decisions associated with your portfolio website.

You are responsible for activity performed through your Wix account and for decisions you make concerning your portfolio website.

Paid Features and Commercial Activity

You are responsible for subscriptions, applications, domains, payment services and other paid features that you choose to purchase or connect to your portfolio website.

You must use your own authorized payment method unless Agnirva has expressly agreed otherwise.

Agnirva is not responsible for charges, customer disputes, taxes, refunds or other obligations arising from commercial activity independently operated through your portfolio website.

Portfolio Website Enforcement

Agnirva does not routinely direct or approve the operation of student portfolio websites.

Agnirva may investigate and take proportionate action where it reasonably believes that a website or account activity violates applicable law, these Terms or Wix’s policies; infringes third-party rights; involves fraud, impersonation, malware or phishing; or creates a material security or financial risk for Agnirva’s Wix account or systems.

Depending on the circumstances, Agnirva may request a correction, remove specific content, restrict access, unpublish the website or terminate the service. Where reasonably possible, Agnirva will provide notice before taking non-urgent action.

User Content

You are responsible for all text, photographs, images, links, project materials and other content that you submit to Agnirva or publish on your portfolio website (“User Content”).

You represent that you created the User Content or have the rights and permissions necessary to use and publish it. You must not submit or publish content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or other rights.

You grant Agnirva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, import, format, publish, display, store, back up, moderate and otherwise process your User Content as reasonably necessary to create, operate, secure and administer your portfolio website and related Agnirva services. This licence includes permission to use service providers such as Wix, Google and Amazon Web Services for those purposes.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or otherwise make available on the website any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Agnirva.com reserves the right to remove any content that it deems in violation of these terms of use.

Acceptable Use

You may use your portfolio website for lawful personal, professional, educational or commercial purposes.

You must not use the website or your access to:

Publish unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive or infringing content.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent qualifications, affiliations, achievements or identity.
Publish another person’s confidential or personal information without appropriate permission.
Distribute malware, phishing material, spam, scams or deceptive links.
Facilitate illegal goods, services or transactions.
Attempt to access another user’s website, Agnirva’s systems or information you are not authorized to access.
Interfere with the security or operation of Wix, Agnirva or another user’s website.
Use Agnirva-owned payment information or incur charges to Agnirva without express authorization.
Violate Wix’s Terms of Use or Content Guidelines.

Email Communications

By becoming a site member of Agnirva.com, you consent to receiving emails from us regarding updates, announcements, newsletters, promotional offers, and new product launches. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, templates, designs, branding, documentation, source code, automations, workflows, technologies and images, are the property of Agnirva.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of this content without the express written consent of Agnirva.com.

Your access to a portfolio website does not transfer ownership of Agnirva’s templates, automation or underlying technology.

You may customize and operate your assigned website but may not extract, resell or represent Agnirva’s underlying templates, source code, automation or Site Mitosis system as your own product.

No Refunds

Agnirva.com does not offer refunds for any purchases, subscriptions, or services. All sales are final.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The website may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Agnirva.com. Agnirva.com does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites. You access them at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Agnirva.com disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Entire Agreement

These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and Agnirva.com with respect to your use of the website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral, written, or electronic, between you and Agnirva.com.

Waiver and Severability

The failure of Agnirva.com to enforce any right or provision of these terms of use shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these terms of use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Assignment

You may not assign these terms of use or any rights or licenses granted hereunder, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, without the prior written consent of Agnirva.com. Agnirva.com may assign these terms of use or any rights or licenses granted hereunder without restriction. Nothing in this section prevents Agnirva from transferring ownership of an assigned portfolio website to the applicable student or participant where Agnirva chooses to offer or facilitate such a transfer.
